To manage and maintain a staff that will support the Pastor and empower the congregation to accomplish what
God has called us to do through the mission and vision of the church and the vision of our Pastor.

  • To be fully staffed in the Music Ministry
  • To have an effective office staff and Pastoral Assistant
  • To organize all employee files and develop a file system, including but not limited to a
    locked storage cabinet

To meet quarterly with staff and provide a survey within the first quarter of 2017 asking how the
ministry can assist them in being effective and successful in their roles
